Any advice on what to do if the reservation was completed by the previous owner? Called Ford parts line and they said their policy won't let them change the shipment address of the reservation and a new reservation can't be placed since it's one per VIN. That said if the adapters never ship then it doesn't matter anyway...

Been banging my head against the same wall for a while now. Not sure about you but the previous owner ordered it after he hadn't owned the car for two months. He apparently still had account access and beat me to the punch for ordering. Ford says that is too bad someone is very sloooowly stealing from you, we won't get involved. Insane that Ford knows this guy isn't the rightful owner (sold it in Jan) yet has no problem sending him a nice adaptor and telling me I can purchase one from Ford in Sept, Oct, Nov?
Yes, I know I can buy an A2Z or Lectron, that is not the point. The point is Ford promised it's current owners a pretty important, expensive piece of equipment, then decided to let someone steal it with no repercussions or desire to make it right.

If you get anywhere with Ford pm me or post, I have gotten nowhere.

I opened a case with Ford motor company, but am not really expecting them to intervene. Dunno if they look at this forum at all to perhaps acknowledge this is a problem with their current policy.
