Nasty Scratch On Drivers Back Window

I didn't notice it when I picked it up, but the wrap place I took it to for the bra did instantly. It looks like someone took a razor blade to it. I showed my dealership and they said they didn't want to replace it because it would cost too much. However, calling Ford's customer relations, they said it wouldn't be a problem and is actually covered in the b2b. They stated it didn't make sense why they wouldn't on a car that has 11 miles on it when accepted by the customer.

What do you guys think? Can it be repaired or does the whole window need to be replaced?

In the one hand, it’s annoying to have a scratch (no matter how small) in a brand new car.

On the other hand, it’s just the first of many little nicks and scratches that you’ll get in normal use of the car.

I guess you’ll have to decide (now that it’s been pointed out to you) how much it’s going to bother you versus the time and effort you put into getting it repaired.

For me, if it’s visible looking out the window from the inside I would make them fix it. If it can’t be seen looking out the window, I would probably not hassle with it.

What's funny is my GTPE had the warning label stickers on the windows but my old Premium did not. When I actually read the warning label stickers, it doesn't even apply to the MME as it is something about smog or emissions lol. So they just slap them on all of 'em I guess?!?

It seems to be a pretty common thing dealers do when removing the sticker there. Both my FE and GT have the scratches there.

Oh, friggen really?! You guys are confirming that there are stickers on the outside divers back window? That being the case, with so many people confirming that its an issue, I am happy to take fords nickle on this and have it get replaced.
