Got the app update, looks a little cleaner, but … initially there was a “Start” button at top right of main homepage. BUT is it no longer there.
Any thoughts on where it went?

Why is charge paused at 88%? Might have to do with that.Got the app update, looks a little cleaner, but … initially there was a “Start” button at top right of main homepage. BUT is it no longer there.

You might have to unplug and plug in again.

So how could it start charging if the EVSE won't allow it? That's probably why the button isn't showing up, since it wouldn't do anything.

On mine the Start button in FordPass will perform it's circular progress graphic for a few seconds while it sends the command.
But since the EVSE itself is NOT going to send a charge to the car unless it receives its own command, the FordPass button returns to "Start", rather than "Stop".

I'm on android 14 with the new beta 5.0 fordpass app. I don't get the "service" button/icon on the bottom of the app consistently. I saw it once after I did a force stop of the app, but it disappeared again. Most of the IOS screen shots I see always have it visible. Is this expected behavior?
Also, the "location" button is gone. Again, I saw this once, but it's not currently displayed. I like using that to see exactly where the car is in a parking lot if I don't pay attention to where i parked. I also don't see a method to "refresh" the view like the old app could do with a swipe down. Is this feature gone now?
I do like how the hood and tailgate buttons are instant once you go into the controls section. I could never get the 3 second touch method of the old app to work on the first try before.
