Just bought a grizzle-e classic charger. Plugged in and charges for a minute or two and the the red light near the charging port shows up flashing. Any idea what could be wrong ? I didnt open the front plate of grizzl-e assuming the default set 40Amp should work. Any idea what could be wrong ? Car charges fine on public chargers.

Unplug everything for 5 minutes and try again. Make sure you push the J1772 into the charge port fully until it clicks.

There could also be an issue with your outlet or wiring.

Did your wiring and outlet just recently get installed as well?

Bit of a long shot, but...when we got our Grizzl-E Mini and tried to test it on our NEMA-1450 plug (which was working perfectly with our Grizzl-E Classic), it did pretty much what you're describing. By chance we had to run some errands at our local grocery store that had new EA chargers, so we plugged in there to make sure the car was okay. Worked fine. Then we got home and tried the Mini again and it all worked just fine. We think it may have had something to do with an update we had the night before and the car needed to "reset". So some of the advice above may work for you, or maybe try hitting a DC fast charger and come back and try again(?).

BTW you can see what I'm talking about in this video I made...skip to 6:36 for the testing portion...
