New Power Brick

So after using the ford power brick I finally upgraded. Ended up getting the Wallbox, wanted the Charge Point but it was never in stock or WAY over priced.

Tell you what, at 40amps this car sounds like a gas generator, it’s loud as hell. With the ford 32amp brick it was just a hum sound. Not sure how much I’m going to like that. Our new house the garage is below the house….

I picked up the wallbox too. I like that it is adjustable. Since I rarely use that much juice, and only need it occasionally, I turned the amps down to 20 for my daily charging. If I go on a long drive and need to get it back up to full in a hurry, I'll set it to 40 for that night. That way, I only get the loud noise when it is necessary.
