I’ve tried several steps over this past week and have had no luck getting the OTA updates. I performed a factory reset today and let car sit in all day and still nothing. App and website report updates are good. Last update reported 23-PU0110-RAD-PS.

Would anyone be able to review my VIN to see if something is stuck before I make the trip to the dealership?

I'm sure it's not what you want to hear, but your car is fine. Just crappy luck with the OTA process. Your car is talking to the cloud just fine and you are showing the right update needed to progress through the process. If you can convince them to update the GWM, it may open the door for more to come in.

If that’s the one that “fixed” radio presets last August, you probably have the same issue I do.

My last OTA was August 7.

I tried everything the forum suggests. Had the dealer manually update everything the first week of January……. Still no updates.

This is what someone who pulled my VIN said-

“You have a "-LKB" revision of the gateway module software. That, I believe, is what's keeping further updates from becoming available for your car. I'm pretty confident that is what's keeping you from getting further updates. Updates for the gateway (GWM) went from the -LKB that you have to -LKC, and then to PAE. And in between GWM updates other software updates were made available for Sync and the TCU and things like the IPC, etc.”

Basically it’s something that Ford has to fix on their end and the dealer can’t do anything. So I’m still waiting.

Try this...

At least for me, I have tried and troubleshooted everything.

Half the time, the car “connectivity” symbol is even missing and I can’t even access the connectivity menu.

I’ve been in contact with multiple people here with the identical issue and same exact “last update.”

So far as I know, none of us have found a solution yet.

From what I was told by people “in the know,” it’s a Ford server side issue and even the dealership can’t do anything yet to fix.

That was also the last update for me. I was perfect as far as OTA updates before this. I dug into it last week and it seems that somehow it messed up the Gateway module. I bet you don't have the up and down arrows icon on the top of your screen and you don't see any options under connected vehicle features.

Someone here ran my VIN and saw lots of gateway module errors. I took it to the dealer, but they had a 5 days lag just to run diagnostics. But I asked to talk to the tech, who quickly looked at FDRS, saw the errors, and said the Gateway will be his first shot when he can get the car in. They also don't have a loaner until mid-May and I can't be without a car for a week. So, I have to wait.
I really hate this stupid update 23-PU0110-RAD-PS, which I didn't even need. It was applied on August 19th.

There is also a thread somewhere teaching how to remove a pair of breakers to do a "hard reset" on the module. I did it last Sunday, but to no effect. Then yesterday, the two arrows were back, the connected vehicle features re-appeared in settings, and I got all excited. Drove it for 45 minutes, parked, and prayed. 7 hours later, turned it back on, no updates, and the arrows and menu options were gone again. ?

^^^ Have you tried to reset SYNC? Press & hold Vol down and track forward until screen reboots.
Everything……. That’s the super basic stuff so of course.

Also disconnected 12v, charged 12v, did a factory reset of connected services, changed my times for auto updates, turned auto updates on and off, had the dealer manually install updates, talked with the BEV team at Ford to troubleshoot, sent my VIN to the experts here…….all the things.

Yeah the connected services have come and gone for months and months for me.

When it’s gone, the connectivity menu is inaccessible.

Thanks, you just killed my hope lol.
I will still leave it at the dealer when they can give me a loaner and refuse to pick up until it's fixed. Tired of Ford's bs refusing to look into things.

I've heard and experienced many updates messing up things. But this is the first I've seen an update messing up... updates! We have no defense against that!!!

And I am the same as you. Last August was my last update. Dealer did the HVBJB recall a couple of weeks ago. They updated modules at that time. Told me that if Ford was sending me updates I would get them. I am a grasshopper trying to be patient. But then I remember…….. this is still a great car.

Another resource is to call Ford and open a case about your vehicle.
