Not charging to Set percentage

I have the charging set to 80%. It stops at this number on the app but when I start the car, it usually has anywhere from 70-78% charge. I don't think its losing any charge between when it stops charging and when I get in the car as I have tried looking right after. Anyone notice similar?

I also have mine set to 80%. I think the car charges to 79.5% and stops. Unplug and start the car and before I can even back out of the garage it’s at 79%.

I wouldn't mind the 1% margin but the finding it at a significantly lower percentage than what the app tells me and what I have it set as is a bit annoying.
