I have a 2021 Premium RWD extended range and I don’t think I have gotten a software update since 1.7.1. The automatic update button will not stay toggled on and the car won’t let me save a scheduled update time. I took it in for a recall last summer and the dealership took it upon itself to try to download Blue Cruise which didn’t go through. I have had it in to the dealership twice about this issue. The first time I was told nothing was wrong and the second time I was told Ford had advised them not to do anything until the new Blue Cruise update is available at an unknown time in the future. I have found this very frustrating and will appreciate any advice.
