Glad to hear it worked for you. I wanted to add that mine also would not update when I tried to manually start it. I set a scheduled time for the update to occur (2am) and it updated fine overnight. I never plugged in, so it wasn't a lvb issue for me. Seems like a glitch in the manual initiation of the update.
Next day was offered a second update and the exact same thing occurred. I still had not plugged in once all week.
