Not receiving updates after 2.7.1

I received 2.6.0 and then 2.7.1 on May 18th. I was expecting to receive 2.7.2 shortly after and I still didn’t receive anything since then.

My car is at the dealer for the recall and the April 2021 build loaner they gave me received 2.7.2 yesterday.

Is anyone else stuck at 2.7.1?

Dealer says they won’t install 21G01. I saw another Canadian member who reported that as well. Not sure why.

Not sure if you saw but I got successful OTA yesterday but it was something specific for my vehicle, a special update, sync version lines up with 2.6.0 now, so clearly they are working on some sort of rollout issue. Good to see they are on top of it.

Yes, I hope so! I think 2.7.2 will be the first update for us that requires the car to be turned off.

2.6 and 2.7.1 came pretty fast for us over a couple of days then there was about a 2 week delay before we finally got 2.7.2 last night.

I had 2.3.0, then got the massive OTA push of 2.6.0, then quickly got 2.7.1, and a day or two later got 2.7.2

Last night I got 2.4.3...

We just got 2.7.3 tonight, a little more than 24 hours after getting 2.7.2! I took the car to the store and when I got home there was a scheduled update notification. I hit the update now option and 2.7.3 was installed without issue in less than a half hour.

I got 2.7.2 a couple days ago and then 2.7.3 yesterday. It didn't take that many days to go from 2.7.1 to 2.7.3. I did have 2.7.2 fail the first time

Last night I got 2.4.3...

I also received 2.6.0 followed by 2.7.1 and 2.7.2 within the past week. I expected 2.7.3 next, but just received 2.4.3 instead. It would be interesting to know how Ford determines which updates to apply to which cars. I'm waiting to see if the next updates will be the older X.4.X or newer X.7.X series.
