Hello,

I recently purchased an OBDLink MX+ and have been looking through the menus at the available PIDs. One of the things I’m not seeing though is HVB State of Health. Does anyone know how to get that PID to appear in the OBDLink app?

No, but if you use the “car scanner” app, and config for the Mach-e, it’s on one of the preset dashboards.

Yeah, the native OBDlink app with the enhanced Ford/Lincoln/Mercury PID library doesn't have the SOH PID for the Mach-E. At least not the 2023.

It's the one PID I launch CarScanner for. And CarScanner performs well with the OBDlink MX+ adapter.

I used Car Scanner too and it worked! I also have a 2023 (Select, standard battery) with 43,000 miles. It currently shows HVB SOH of 91% after owning it for 32 months. Is that average?

That is in the zone - my '21 extended range w/ 48k miles is at 91.5% right now. Keep in mind that the SOH is an estimate made by the battery management system that requires a lot of variables. They tend to read a little lower in the winter, and a little higher again in the summer. They also tend to bump up a bit after a 100% charge, which will trigger a cell balancing. They tend to drop faster early in their life, and then stabilize. Mine has been reporting between 92% and 91% for the last 15k miles.
