Hey Doug, yes we discussed in length about your Eibach springs.

Yes you can install 245/55/19 tires and while you wouldn't have any issues on a stock height premium, not sure if there would be any on a lowered one. Like you said, I am running the same size diameter tire 29.6" on my car right now and have not had any issues with any of the car's systems. My GT is 1/2" lower than your premium was but now you are 1/2" lower than my GT. I really don't think there will be an issue as I have a decent amount of clearance around suspension parts and wheel wheel liner.

About that tire, you do NOT want to run an SL tire. Even though the load range is acceptable, they don't have a supportive of a sidewall like XL tires have. Not to mention, you want the XL so that you can run at a lower pressure. Pirelli makes the Scorpion AS Plus 3 in an XL 107 load range. You can safely run those tires at 33 psi and have a really nice ride. However you will loose some range and that lower tire pressure but can always pump them up higher if you needed the range on a long trip.
Thanks so much for the quick response! I'll get the appt set up and post a pic when it is complete. Best thing is I'm getting a discount with Ford points....was rear ended last year and got it fixed at the dealership. Have to say the car protected us well, but was a little surprised the air bag didn't go off.

Doug

PS Sorry about the SL....mis-typed. Yes, will put on the XL and run it at a lower psi. Mostly drive locally so range is not much of an issue. Lot's of folks on the Forum seem to like the Scorpion Plus 3 for the ride quality.

Cloudy weather so pic not that great.....but new shoes for my Premium. So far it seems like it drives better and has a softer ride.....but time will tell. 245/55/19 Pirelli certainly fills the fender gap and looks great!

Ford Mustang Mach-E Ok, so I need help.. lowering Mach-E suspension to reduce wheel gap new shoes
