Good question because I’m curious as well. I’d you opt out does that mean you don’t get floor mats or the cargo cover?

My dealer, Rusty Eck Ford in Wichita, Kansas has been great to work with. No upcharge, just $500 for deposit and an e-mail from Mike Sell the manager after my order was “accepted”! I’m so excited for this step in the process to be complete.

Interesting. So, if I change dealers with the helpline (I can't see any way to do that from my order page,) I should be able to compare the new dealers pricing with the old dealers pricing before I finalize the order online - my originally selected dealer (300 miles away) has no markup shown on the order pricing page but I want to change to my local dealer who wasn't an EV certified dealer when I placed the reservation.
I've been going to the order (was reserve) page and changing dealers without ordering. Dealers price is showing $1100 over MSRP. From the meme above, that is destination and delivery. If there is anything else like "Difference from MSRP," CHANGE DEALERS!!!

Has anyone figured out how to change dealerships? The original one I selected is both charging ADM (even after saying on the phone they wouldn't) and won't accept X Plan.
Looking to do the same.

I already placed an order with the dealer but now I don’t see an option to change dealers.

I called around to other dealerships in my area to find one that would charge MSRP, then contacted Ford via chat and tried to connect for about half an hour. My rep stated they could change dealerships that way. I ended up going back to my original dealership with this information and low and behold —MSRP granted.

I just received this email from my dealer. They must think the order they received was just an inquiry. Ugh.

Spoke to Ford marketing 6/26 and told them the dealer had just ordered my car and I had received e mail confirmation from Ford. However there was no place on the order for my reservation #. Ford marking said I just placed an order for 2nd car at the back of the line . I need to wait till 6/30 when I should get an e mail front Ford to place my order. It will direct you to a site to confirm or change preferred dealership and the configuration of your car. Ford said to cancell 2nd order wait for e mail, return to dealer tues and then covert my reservation to a hard order. Hope this helps us both

I had the same problem but with my discover card. I tried 3 times, added the same discover card and tried twice more. I finally went with a MasterCard and it triggered a fraud detection alert which I had to confirm. Discover never showed any rejection. Oh well.
Ditto. I had the same issue with my Discover card (the card I used for the reservation) but when I added a Visa, the order went through.
