Orders made directly at dealerships

Thank you for response. It seem like order was new as he built the order with me and placed it. From other forums it looks like Canada ford has some allocation but who knows. In terms of the snippet I think my dealer is just lazy and didn’t attach whole thing he just wanted to show me status. No confirmation email from ford but customer service and dealer confirmed order is in the system.
What is the next status/Step from here?

When you say Customer Service, do you mean Ford website chat? If so, and they confirmed the order is in, then that's good news for you regardless of the "how."

Customer service as in the toll free number. Today Canada ford removed the chat feauture on the “.ca” site. Not sure why but yes the agent confirmed “order in processing”.
