We are seeing a wide variety of users in the USA getting OTA updates, especially those in Early Access and it made me curious if Canada is also as advanced in terms of OTA or if we are left behind like Europe.

If you check the JSON code on the Ford.ca website vehicle dashboard I think you can check your version, but the easiest way I know is to check the system updates section in the car settings.

The only OTA I ever received was 1.6.0. I was also stuck on 1.6.0 for the longest time and as the 1.7.1 bricked my APIM and needed replacing. Now that it's been replaced and updated by my dealership, I'm on 2.3.0 and waiting for the new round of OTA's for BlueCruise.

A family member of mine also has a Mach-E and they had no issues getting 1.6.0 > 1.7.1 > 2.1.0 > 2.3.0 over OTA.

Thanks, I'm waiting on the service department to get back to me on the new TSB. Think I might need to try a different one to get progress.

Build Date December, 2020. Last update 1.6.1 and that was a long time ago. Car says up to date with no version given. Currently stuck, cannot turn Automatic Updates toggle on. Will be contacting the dealer to see if we can get the TSB applied to correct this.
