I had the update queued and it tried to install last night but when I check the Ford Dashboard, it looks like it failed to install

Has anyone else had 2.6.0 fail? I'm hoping it tries again tonight.

I got 2.6 today as well, that looks like its just a repackaged 2.3 that i got in January also. Looking forward to more updates hopefully.

I'm happy to see a flurry of OTA updates coming out from Ford now, it looks like they are rolling out in full force.

Now, if only they would release a general roadmap for these additional OTA plans for the rest of 2022 to build hype for exciting new features that were hinted at during the Lightning launch event.

Yes, mine failed too, first failure I’ve had for an update

I had 2.6.0 install last Wednesday. 2.7.1 and 2.7.2 installed the following days. I just had 2.7.3 install last night.

Why is the wiki has 2 different version number for the same update beginning with 2.3/2.6? Is the first one is the early access number et the second one the definitive version?

I’m in the “got my 2.6.0 last night too” club! I already had a successful 2.3.0, so nothing really new, but I can almost smell the BlueCruise coming!

Going out for a drive this afternoon, maybe that will help bring on the next update? Nothing happened while the car was just sitting in the garage for the first half of May!

I will say, I made an issue about this with the wife on Sunday night when I saw all the update notices start hitting. She didn’t want me to leave, so I didn’t go, but then I drove to work the next day, then to school in the evening. I plugged in at the school’s parking garage and hit “update now.” Nothing. No power-ups waiting, it said.

I walked into class, set my bag down, and I got a message from FordPass saying “Hey, you’re now on 2.6! Way to go, stud!” (I might be paraphrasing a bit.) So I have zero faith in the “update now“ button and feel like I just need to start driving to campus and back repeatedly.
