OTA update expired

I was told an update was scheduled but did not meet the necessary qualifications,
and has since EXPIRED. Called ford they are clueless, was told to call the OTA team,
again no definitive answer, anyone have this issue ?
What exactly does expired mean and will they try again ?????

What phone number did they give you for the OTA team? I have a similar issue.

It will be requeued to your account, and if the car meets the requirements will be downloaded. Will happen within weeks, not days, usually.

But if it's expired, then it should just get the next update that covers it.
