We've owned our Mach-E (aka Blucifer) for one year now and here is our video review. Of course, we love it! It's not perfect but overall it has been great.

Glad to hear your thoughts on road trips and charging. Enjoyed your other road trip videos very much (watched them multiple times)!!

With gas prices going up I think I've got the wife talked into taking our MME (instead of the 23 MPG Explorer) on our upcoming 2,000 mile (round trip) road trip.

Edit: OK I just watched the video. Everyone has to see the 'post credits' scene at the very end. It's awesome!!!!

We just got back from our 6th 1800+ mile road trip in ours. Love it as a road-tripper (minus a few quirks). Finally just ziptied the cargo cover to those spindles as that design hates luggage. Even just brushing over luggage or a cooler pops one side out of the spindle. But works great when ziptied in place.

We've been averaging 2.7-2.8 MPK every trip in our 4X. That works out to about 11c/mile at EA's $.31 Pass+ rate. Not way better than gas, but definitely a savings at today's high gas prices.

But it's usually better than that because the first 88 kWh is at cheap home rates, plus we usually find free hotel charging at the destnation and any hotels stays along the way. For an 1800 mile trip, we usually only directly pay for about 1000 miles of that.

great video! I agree with all the points you brought up and appreciated the comment about the car becoming your "baby"

Nice review. Your car didn't look THAT dirty. My GT-PE looks dirtier. Water spots all over the frunk cover. ?‍♂?

I thought for sure the dirt would be dog-related, somehow... ?

Unfortunately, the stupid cancer killed my dog last week, so no more dog-related dirt until I find the right dog. ??

sorry. I suspect you said so elsewhere on here and I didn't see it - so I'm both sorry it happened and I'm sorry I was so insensitive about it.

Yep, it is the one from Tesmanian. Pricey but we really like it.

I'm a subscriber and always enjoy your videos. Apologies if you've covered this in other videos and I've just forgotten, but curious about the future of your car...how long do you plan to keep it? Has your first year influenced that (positively or negatively) in any way?

Keep up the great stuff!
