PAAK and FOB worked great until recent updates (CSP 21P22 by dealer and OTA Sync4 & PowerUp). Now neither device will unlock/lock remotely unless physically engaged - no walk up unlock or walk away locking. Anyone with same issue / solution?

Is it every door or just the driver door? Mine is having issues with the driver door only after CSP 21P22. Found out the dealer didn't update all the modules (the door modules to be more specific), so I'm waiting for my recall appointment and will do everything together.

Car is set to only unlock driver door from walk up with PAAK or FOB. You’re probably right about dealership not completing updates.

When the dealer applied the 21P22 they also did a factory reset. I had to remove the car in my app, remove the Bluetooth connections and add the PaaK again. It is strange for it to affect the key fob too. Time to bring it back to the dealer, no?

I have to unlock a passenger door before I attempt to unlock the driver door. If I try the driver door first and then the passenger door, both doors open at the same time. It's like the request to unlock the driver door gets stuck until another door gets opened.

I can unlock from the app or FOB, just not on approach.

After six months of ownership, two weeks ago my driver door wouldn't unlock or open unless I used the FOB or opened one of the other three doors. Last Friday my dealer did the SSM 49676 update and it fixed the problem. This is the first time I've had to go back to the dealer for anything.

There's an update for that, but all you really have to do (usually) is disconnect the 12V battery for a few seconds. Some owners have had this come back after awhile, but mine has been fine for 7 months now after I disconnected the 12v.
