PAAK is a FREAKING Mess

This phone as a key has been a total mess for me. Got set up at the dealership, although it took three sales associates to do it, and drove off. My phone worked half the time until the call came out to service PAAK software on the car. It worked pretty reliably until the last app update, when my PAAK went dead as a doornail. Still is, a brick as someone else coined it.
The dealer is no help, no one in service can help, and no sales accociate will get off their ass from under the misters for less than $200 to help with a problem caused by an app update, near as I can tell.
The instructions to reset the PAAK seems clear until I try to do it. I can't get past "Activation Pending". Anyone else in this dilemma?
I had little faith in Ford when I bought the car, now I have none. And Ford doen't seem to give a rip! Absolutely no hint of customer service or concern at this point and the dealer can't be bothered. Has anyone heard a peep out of Ford, or are we all nuts?
Very frustrated, if it's not obvious.

I have never had PAAK with any other car and I get by just fine. Fobs always work until they need a new battery, and they usually warn you that they do.

Yes, I agree 150%, I have same problem with Ford App.. We also have a Tesla Model Y and the Phone App is Seamless, Awesome and way Further Advanced.. Ford needs to hire or steal some Tesla Software engineers to Fix the Problem!! Many other issues with ford app other than PAAK..

It's not just the PAAK, it's slow, and has many quirks..

I guess that depends on what you mean by answers. That search will help you find other users venting their frustrations and work arounds. It certainly won't yield any response or explanation from @Ford Motor Company that they acknowledge any issues/difficulties and that they are working on correcting them.

I don't see Ford flying Astronauts to the Space Station either.. :)

I am amazed at how much aggravation people will go through trying in vain to get this feature to work! I am even starting to like Fordpass better since giving up on PAAK!! Lol

I am amazed at how much aggravation people will go through trying in vain to get this feature to work! I am even starting to like Fordpass better since giving up on PAAK!! Lol
I walk to the car. 9 times out of 10 it lights up, projects the pony, and gets the door ready. 1 time out of 10 it doesn't project the pony. There's very little aggravation involved. I've yet to use the fob in the car.
