I’m not 100% but I’ve seen other people say they need to have their Inventory Manager look up the vehicle visibility report and the car will be on it
My dealer also doesn't know how to look for a VVR. I hope @At427 is encouraged to keep me informed since I understand that my vehicle is sleeping next to his on the Ramp 5J. ??
Yeah all I know is that my car arrived in KC and was delivered there on the 11th. It would still need to go from there all the way to Oregon though. One dealer here said that is usually 7-10 days so it would arrive well before the "expected" ETA on Ford's order tracking.

That is weird. 24 days from shipment and no signs of life.

Not quite as of yet. Your Paired date just means that they've selected a truck that will move your car from the train to its ramp where it'll begin the next leg of its trip. It doesn't look like its hit KC yet though because the Trip Number is still blankit UPDATEDDDDDDD holy cow weve got movement! anythng in here i can use to provide myself with some more detail as to where it might be now?

Based on how mine went last week, you're probably a week from getting on the next train out of Kansas City (depending on the destination). palsapp should fill in the information Davedough mentioned above over the next 2 or 3 days, then probably no more updates from palsapp. I got a VVR from the dealer about 4 or 5 days after the point you're at and it really fills in the gaps.
As Carlos above will likely chime in, don't get too excited yet. We both had our basic info show up on palsapp (exactly like what you are seeing) the day we got our status changed to "Shipped". That was Sept. 21 and there has been no update to our data in palsapp since that point.
Looks like your vehicle is being moved by truck to your dealer. So once it says delivered, your dealer now has your vehicle. that's a load of insane dealer bullcrap because they don't want to answer your question, they're too lazy. could you imagine running a dealership without knowing when cars will show up on your lot?
