How do we track the car after it's delivered to Norfolk Southern?

Mine's been in "paired" status to a truck w/ a whole bunch of F-150's since last Thursday. Just needs to get moving and head east 4 hours.. common trucker/uber bros hook a guy up!

Tracker showing shipped and the window sticker showing rail? So sent by train to KC, which takes 10-14 days. Once it arrives they have their own system for getting it onto the next leg of the trip. My build was completed on the 18th and showed shipped on the 20th. I am currently impatiently waiting for pals to change from pending.

My build was the 18th built no other progress for mine that's weird. That's good you have progress. Better tracking would be great but I know that's asking alot.

Your cars enter an information black hole ? when they get in a rail road car. You’re not the railroad’s customer, so they’ll have little, if any, readily available information for you. Your best bet for that information is to call your dealer every so often and ask for a copy of the Vehicle Visibility Report. If your sales contact can’t or won’t provide that, ask his or her boss, they’ll be able to get it.

Did you guys find this out through contacting your dealers? I think my car is hopefully in the same Uber, as it shipped on 9/14 as well

So... not really a fan of this today/last night it updated in the "shipped" area.. showing "est 37 days"... then still shows delivery of 10/22.. 37 days from today or yesterday is Nov 3-4.. two weeks after the 22nd...

I think the further this process goes the more annoyed I get. I could drive this mf back from mexico quicker.

They could let us see what the dealer sees for tracking. It's not secret info. They don't understand the marketing value of that even though the rest of the world's commerce thrives on detailed tracking info directly to the customer.

They all take a train ride from Mexico to Kansas City. Then I believe they are loaded on trucks for final destination.

I have production date of 08/12 and a shipment date of 09/15. Current delivery date is 10/11! But Palsapp still shows pending.
