Palsapp is not your friend.its only been a few days and palsapp is driving me nuts. I think today im gonna try and get a VVR. Hopefully that will tell me a little more as to where this thing is.
So is the "Shipped" date the day it leaves Mexico, basically?Almost 2 weeks since shipped from Mexico and still no palsapp movement. this process is from the stone ages..
Well who knows. Maybe it is the date the shipping agent cleans his office for all I know. But, suposedly yes, the date the car begins it's long journey across the border. Illegal Immigrants walk over the border faster. So is the "Shipped" date the day it leaves Mexico, basically?
Where and when did you compile the timeline? Once done and complete? I am in CLE and I have had "shipped" now for 2 weeks (since 9/18/21) and I am in the dark other than their email to me saying please allow 12-28 days yada yada - with target ETA of 10/30-11/5 to my dealer...I feel for you guys... Here's my timeline for comparison:
Mexico to Kansas City Voltz -14 days
Sat in KC for 2.5 weeks (pure torture)
Kansas City to Avon Lake, OH - 3 days
Loaded on a semi and sat for almost a week (2 miles from my house, 20 miles from dealer! Yes I saw it there)
Delivered to dealer and picked up the following day.
The Ford estimated delivery changed multiple times, none were accurate.
PALSAPP was accurate just slow to update. Dealer was useless.
If you really want to torture yourself, check out heritageunits.com and try to spot your train. I won't tell you how many times I went there!
Same here, shipped on 9/17. While palsapp is still showing as Pending, with no change, doing the POST capture thing shows that the train arrived in KC on 9/29 and the car has been bayed to a trailer and is waiting to be paired with a truck. Still don't think I'll make my ETA date of 10/2 though.Almost 2 weeks since shipped from Mexico and still no palsapp movement. this process is from the stone ages..
how do you do this "post" capture?Same here, shipped on 9/17. It takes two weeks via train to get from the plant to Kansas City Mo. That's been well documented, is due to the train track classification, and you've been here long enough to know that.Almost 2 weeks since shipped from Mexico and still no palsapp movement. this process is from the stone ages..
Cloe but not necessarily. It seems to be the day the car was loaded onto an Autorack for shipment. That can vary by a day or so from the time the train picks up those autoracks and begins the journey north. So is the "Shipped" date the day it leaves Mexico, basically?
I guess you told me. but I have also see 9-10 days reported here at least as well. I guess it depends on when exactly the train is loaded and actually leaves. It takes two weeks via train to get from the plant to Kansas City Mo.
