Phantom navigation?

I have an interesting new problem sync 4 in my Mache. For the last two days, the Ford navigation has been trying to take me to a destination that I did not program. I usually use Android Auto but have occasionally used the Sync nav, so recognize the different voice. The weird part is that there is no Ford Nav tile showing up to open and view or cancel the destination. If I try a 'OK Ford, stop navigation' voice command I get an error that 'navigation is still loading, please try again later'. This has been going on for 2 days now. I have tried a soft sync reset (vol down, rt arrow) which had no effect. Any suggestions? Premium EAWD with 8000 miles and love it!
