Photo: DMG with blue CA HOV stickers

I just got my HOV stickers to put on my DMG GTPE. I want to put them on to enjoy the benefits, as this is my daily driver, but it hurts my heart just thinking about how it’s going to look.

I’ve been thinking about getting magnetic backings so that I can only put them on when I’m going on a long enough drive on the freeway. Of course I’m worried they’d fall off or get stolen if I forget them…

Edit: I’ll just scotch tape them on and post photos. Not sure how to delete this thread but it’s pretty useless, unless others want to see what this looks like.

Looks like all the front fenders and bumpers are all plastic, magnets won’t work…

I know it's still a sticker, but I got this specific product to place them on my Mach-E. The benefit is that when the program is over in 2025, I can take the stickers off and not ruin the paint job.

I might aim for these. Does it come off during heavy rains or in a car wash?

I just ordered these. I should be able to wash the car and get these on in a few days. I’ll post pictures.

I've been using these for about 6 months now and no sign of them coming off, even through car wash.

So far so good! Still on and no signs of them falling off. Make sure the areas you're applying the sticker are super-duper clean before starting. Not only a car wash, but clean and dry the area of application. Then don't car wash or expose to rain for a few hours after.

I believe the process to remove them will be using a heat gun (hair drier) to carefully remove the sticker in the applied area.
