This is the very X-plan that I presented and they are refusing to follow. I was upset about the markup and followed a suggestion on this thread to join MCOA. it’s not working out.
I was having such an issue with response that I literally showed Up at the dealership after several calls that had not been returned. This salesperson is now out with Covid and no one know anything at pines ford in Pembroke Pines, Florida I’ve been calling and trying to reach people and have had no help. Such a wedge of my time.

They literally had me crying. The general managr, Clark, gave me a speech that I entered into an agreement to pay the price on the original form. A form which did not allow me to enter anything about the X-plan. I have emailed and called there, with no response. But now they want to charge me $2k for handling the car????

True. They showed us the price sheet and they are not making much. But I’ve never hidden my intent to use the X-plan (based upon advise on this site). But the salesperson they assigned me is now out with an illness related to Covid. Before that, she never responded to me and I told her about the x-plan when I stopped by her office (after two unreturned calls, three weeks apart).The bad is two things. One a dealer does not have to take the x-plan or A-plan. Two it's up to us to ask them at the start if they do or don't. If you're ordering a vehicle you kinda have to ask at the start of your just finding a car on the dealer's lot, then you can ask whenever you like.
The money they make off the mache is a set price for all. They are just getting the extra they are wanting to charge. That is why it is best to ask them all the important things upfront.
Is my deposit refundable if I don't take the mache? Do you accept a or x plan. Are you selling for MSRP.

All I have is the original online order. That shows the markup of $2k. I posted on here after that and followed advice to get the x-plan through mcoa membership.
