Seems if it is more than you paid (including fees/tax) then why not consider it??
But there is always the "what are you going to replace it with" question..

If you go with Carvana, be careful. Lots of problems in the news about them

So cryptic……

We sold my wife’s Flex to them. Couldn’t have been easier. They gave offer, I post some stuff online to them, 2 days later they show up with a flatbed and a check. Took like 15 minutes of my time and they paid top dollar.

That was like 5 months ago.

Lots of people on here with Lots of problems and complaints with their MMEs. I have had mine for
a year and a half with virtually no issues, so not a doom and gloom person. I have read many
reports about Carvana of cars not being picked up, problems with cars purchased not having
issues resolved. paperwork issues, never providing the titles. etc. Was just suggesting that the
person be careful. Like most businesses, many if not most will have no issues. The ones with issues,
may not have them solved.

The things you mention sound more like issues buying from them.

Selling to them was insanely easy.

What’s funny is that on the complaint website you posted, they’re actually in the top 25% of dealers!

“Carvana ranks 782 of 3904 in Dealers category.”

Maybe non-GTs have a better market value, but I can tell you I cannot get an offer from online buyer (CarGuru or even KBB) Carmax wants it brought in, Vroom is only offering $60k and NO local dealer will even discuss a trade on my 2022 MME GT with 6000 miles and is in immaculate condition.

My guess it’s either that the promised OTA “fix” for the recall hasn’t been delivered or they are gun shy due to the bad publicity related to the recall. All I know is that this is the first car I cannot, unfortunately, get out of fast enough.
I went to a dealer in San Diego about a month ago & they (unofficially) offered $74,000 for my GTPE. Just talking with another dealer yesterday & he said I probably could get 4-7k over MSRP. . . could be these prices would be different if thy were official??

So I went back to the same dealer after getting multiple 50.9k offers from different sites. Thank you for your suggestions!

the dealer gave me 50k for my Mach E with 19.8k miles. I ended up pocketed some of the cash and then put some down on a 2022 Expedition.

2 days later, the property management company for my business office emailed me saying that they’ve signed a deal with electrify America to install charging stations in the parking lot. Lol go figure.

I also wanted to note that the same dealership had 2 additional Mach E’s on the lot. A used GT in great shape for I forgot how much. Then a premium with the worst swirl marks I’ve ever seen in my life and about 12k miles for 65k!!!!

they’ve got my car already listed for 57.5k
