Powertrain malfunction warning

My Mach e Premium (2 months owned and built in December) has a powertrain malfunction warning listing AWD or 4WD, reduced power. It made a motor revving sign coming from the front of the car. It sounded like a small engine. My problem is my car is RWD so what's making that sound? I have an appointment with the dealer tomorrow as they told me it's a recall. I don't see any listed recalls for that problem. Previously I saw a warning light for service car soon and 12 Volt battery. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Your 12v could be low, maybe it sat for a while after delivery.

That’s the cooling system

I thought so too but it continued after I turned off the system but I didn't wait for the delay before turning the car completely off. Thanks!
