High Voltage Battery (HVBJB) Warning/Powertrain Malfunction

Does anyone have any recommendations on what to do about these two warnings that are not going away? Got the wrench and car with exclamation point on the dash too. Called the dealership and they don’t have an opening for weeks.

Dealership can look remotely. HVBJB failure. Recall.

we have it regularly. the messages are provoked by the additional alarm that the leasing company obliged us to install. When the alarm is activated the High Voltage Battery (HVBJB) Warning/Powertrain Malfunction message appears. We just ignore it

call a different dealership that is willing to plug in an ODB2 and check diagnostic codes for the KNOWN errors requiring HVBJB replacement.

If DTC indicate, dealership *should* order replacement HVBJB via the COPIS process, which will get you the parts in a couple days, and they *should* be willing to schedule the remove/replacement (takes 1-2 days in the shop) as soon as they have parts.
