It's the HVBJB. Already checked.
@RosarioM Todd may have told you already, but then you should have the dealer read TSB 22-2178 and order the junction box part listed in the TSB for your vehicle. They don't need Ford to tell them when they can read that TSB.

Thanks. I was ready to call and fight with the dealership this morning and getting my documents together (thanks @DevSecOps !) and they called me and confirmed they need to replace the module. They mentioned a different TSB though and I'm kicking myself for not writing it down. I sent them 22-2178.

Either way, they told me the module is on backorder and they have no idea when it will come in. They also told me I could come get the car, which I then said no way because I can't risk it getting stuck front in my garage.

What sucks is that they don't have any curtesy cars so I'm stuck paying for a rental for god knows how long. I have a case opened and updated the case manager. Hopefully corporate can do something. Ideally I rather not have a rental and they can rush this part to the dealership so I can get my car back :(

@Ford Motor Company the fact that we have had to deal with this issue AND I can't get a loaner car for a $60k+ car is really absurd.

One more thing to add: As it turns out, my car was just at the dealership last week for the 10k mile check. Knowing the GTs are more susceptible to this issue, this should have been a hardware recall. My car could have gotten the replacement while it was there. Just absurd experience for a car that's well over $60k.

Talk to your Ford rep to reimburse you for the rental... It sucks that any of us have to go through it but here we are... . Really great people here! I came from a Lexus where they don't just have curtesy cars, but they come drop off the curtesy car and take your car back for repairs. And that car was almost half the price I paid for my MME!

But this community is amazing. Between people taking time out to help or offer advice or ideas.
I got an email that Ford offers this pickup service and experience... depends on the location... pretty sure my dealership does not offer LOL... they do have shuttle service though!😆... none of the Ford dealerships near me do this and I came from having a Honda (they didn't even have loaners) so I never got a taste of this luxury you speak of lol

Edit BTW. You’re right when the 12 V dies the speakers pump. Sadly, I have heard that as well.

Hi folks. SVS with Powertrain Malfunction and HVB Warning has just happened to me yesterday. Was able to drop it off at the dealership, although I am not hopeful that my dealership has experience with this issue and can turn around a diagnosis or a fix easily. My dealer is saying they can't provide a rental. Will know more this afternoon. I just had my recall software update by them 2 weeks ago during a 10k maintenance, so maybe the SVS has something to do with the software and I don't have a failing HVBJB?

The recall software just helps to soften the inevitable blow of a failure... Sorry this happened to you but glad you made it to a dealership and didn't get stranded.... I posted it for another user recently but there is a link to a post by @DevSecOps with all the info you need to get through this... You will have to open a case and get a BEV specialist to approve reimbursement of a rental. A lot of dealerships don't have loaners on short notice or a lot of them to give out... My dealership has 12 I think. Good luck!

Update from dealership: My car needs to be repaired to replace a few connectors. They said a part is on backorder with no ETA for delivery. They weren't able to give a rental car, but I am pushing back on that, especially because I don't know how long my mach e will be in the shop. My car has 11k miles on it - ordered May 2021 and received January 2022. I think it was manufactured some time in October/November. Hoping this part gets received quickly.

AKA - a high voltage battery junction box.... I love how they call it a few connectors....
