*UPDATE* def TL/DR... All seems to be well again! After those charge faults on the 16th I couldn't charge the car. One of the many kind souls on here helping folks out let me know I needed an update that would fix the charge fault error. Went to the dealer on the 22nd with 57% battery and told them the update I needed. They couldn't do it and thought they were going to need to replace a part which required dropping the battery. I left with the car since they didn't have any loaners and I have a kid with a busier social life than me lol. Limited any unnecessary outings and went to dealership Monday morning with 18%. They had the car for the day and got it working without having to drop the battery to replace a part. They did have to replace something and I don't recall exactly but was related to a connector between car and battery. They squeezed me in because they are backed up but the service rep knows me at this point and really wanted this resolved. I also still have my case open with Ford and my rep there was in contact with the dealership as well. Fingers crossed this is the last last update. Frustrating for a new car but Ford, the dealership and the people on this forum def made it better than trying to resolve without added help. Going to head over to the FDRS forum and see if they really got to all the updates but for now Mimi is up and running!

Can you post the technician notes so we know what it was?

hmmm... forgive my ignorance but where do I get technician notes? The only thing I usually get is the "receipt"/"invoice" with some minor notes and showing $0 cost but the drop off on Monday was not scheduled and I forgot the receipt (but can get it)... or is this something that shows up under my VIN in FDRS?

Invoice should show what they did.

well they did check your oil.
This is why I didn't know the invoice was the same as technician notes ?
I take these receipts with a grain of salt lol

Got a loaner (thankfully because they don't always have any) .... They are going to need to drop the battery to replace/fix a part.... I'll get more details on Monday from my usual service rep and ask why nothing was updated on my last visit and if this could have been avoided? And why was I told updates were made but they weren't... Frustrating... I've said bye to this thread like 3 times lol

I got the car back today.... They said it was the HVBJB and they did the hardware replacement (allegedly) ... Service rep wants to make sure all is good now so he said drive it today and over the weekend and confirm on Monday that all is well before he closes out my ticket then he'll send the receipt... ??‍♀

It's probably new to them and he has to go over the best way to submit it for the money. Something with that amount of work can be calculated a couple of ways and come out hundreds of dollars different from Ford. Like medical coding.

There is a bulletin for the HVBJB that says how dealers submit for payment. No figuring anything out.
