My 2021 Grabber Blue Mustang GTE with over 10K miles is bricked in my garage since 12/1/22 waiting for a part to be delivered to the local dealership for repair. Ford BEV Team was notified and the have responded by phone to the dealership and myself as well. This is frustrating since this issue was addressed in a recall and a service visit to the local dealership. The part and repair timeline are currently unknown according to both the dealership and Ford BEV Team (866-631-3788). Obtaning a replacement vehicle from Ford is limited to $40 or so a day and up to $200 in fuel with receipts for reimbursement per BEV Team.
My questions are if anyone else has had a similar experience and what steps you have taken to secure a rental, fuel and or loan payment credits if the period of time extends beyond a given point?
