Powertrain/reduced power error

I have a 2023 mach E GT Performance.
Drove my car Monday everything was fine. Charged car at my house Monday night and got a charging fault error but car still charged.
When I started car in the morning I got the power train error/reduce power error .

Ford can't look at it until Monday.
I want to autozone and O'reilly's To try and have any codes pulled but they showed nothing.

Is there any way to get more information without waiting till Monday. Car is down on power when driving
I tried "resetting" the code by turning car off after unplugging and letting sit for a few hours. Didnt work

Just wanted to add that I was able to use a fast charger from electrify America network. Just wanted to try it since I usually charge at home. Worked

Been having same error for about 5 weeks about once a week. Goes off next time I drive or next day. Took calling 3 different dealers to find someone even to look at it and can’t schedule me for 3 weeks! Will need the car at least 3-4 days. Will say i don’t notice any performance difference while driving. Curious to learn what your dealer learns.

I will update when i find out more i was hoping it would go away after "resetting" like described in the sticky thread.
Right now i just left it in the garage overnight, unplugged and i turned off PAAK Bluetooth connection and wont go near the car with my other key i want to see if it resets overnight. My car is definitely down on power feels very slow at the moment. But drivable. My dealer is telling me to drop it off Friday or Saturday and they will look at it Monday. I dont have another vehicle so hopefully its a quick fix if there is something wrong.

I was surprised that both Autozone and Oreillys hooked it up to their OBD scanner tool and showed no codes or errors, even though my dashboard has them.

FYI auto part stores can't usually pull codes on electric cars because electric cars don't use OBD-II.

You most likely have a failed HVBJB with that power limit. You can still drive the car with reduced power until your dealer is able to change the part. See here: Stop Safely Now (HVBJB): Mach-E Owners Biggest Fear - Facts and Info Thread
