Has any other Mach-E owner experienced a problem with you Pre-Collison Assist settings not being saved.
Mine are stuck at 'High' and frankly a real pain.
When I set to 'Low'/'Medium', the next time I start the car it reverts to 'High'. So frustrating.
I think the feature will be useful at lower sensitivity.

Has anyone experienced the same problem...and found a way to overcome.
The guys at Ford (UK) haven't got a clue.
Tried re-creating a new profile...same problem.
Cheers for any advice/solutions

Mine saves to low. Still shows I am going to crash when a car is slowing to turn (right or left) in front of me. REALLY HATE THIS. I used to be a track driver, so don't need a nanny to warn me of the obvious. Also flashes for cyclists.

I understand what it is for and when it would be of help, but thought I could turn it off. Wrong!

...At least you have it saved 'Low' sensitivity! At 'high' sensitivity it's always going off, drives me nuts and scares the life out of any new passengers.

Are your audio settings being saved to your profile? I had that problem, and it may(?) be related. There are a few threads about how to fix that, but search on here isn't the greatest. Here's what I did:
1) turn off Profiles
2) set everything to how I wanted (I'm not sure if this is entirely necessary)
3) turn off the car. Some recommend waiting a few minutes after, I waited about 5 and it worked fine.
4) turn the car back on. I verified that all the settings were remembered at this point.
5) turn profiles back on and select your profile. I had to adjust my settings again at this point, which is why I don't think step 2 is necessary.

Since I've done this, my audio settings are remembered every time. I'm not sure how many other settings are tied to the profile.

I have 800 miles on my car, and the pre-collision alert has triggered two or maybe 3 times. The 2 I remember were similar situations with a car stopped or nearly stopped in front of me making a turn; the alert happened as I was approaching just as they cleared my lane. I'm in suburban US, with relatively wide roads and light/medium traffic. Narrower roads might result in more false triggers.

Apologies actually didn't answer your question...think audio settings are OK (the system remembers pre-set radio for example). Where there specific audio settings that you had a problem with/saving?

Gave it a go. Tried moving sound setting (treble, bass etc.) they all save, unfortunatlely pre-collision remains stubbornly set at 'High'!

Well, that's disappointing, but it was worth a shot. I was having trouble with bass/treble/fade settings sticking to my profile until I did that procedure. I didn't really change any of the other settings, I don't think, so I don't know which ones are tied to the profile.

I hate this setting and the alert. It’s an annoying and I can’t turn it off. It won’t remember to keep it to low sensitivity either. All other setting are fine.

If you turn off profiles, does it remember the settings?

Yes, it also does not save correctly for me. Back up camera delay also doesn’t save. Neither do my lane keeping settings. I’m more bothered than I would usually pbe about the last one because it’s for safety to have that one turned on so it sucks when it randomly reverts to off and I forget to check it.

Ford National advised that it needed a system reset/upgrade at a dealership. Out of the dealership last week. Still set at HiGH and any change in setting doesn’t get saved.
So frustration, such a waste of time for everybody involved.

I had some advice from Ford concierge that this could be fixed in an update in the end October.
