Preconditioning bug

I have one preconditioning set up for this morning at 8:00am which worked fine but I just got a message that my cabin temperature is ready. I opened the app and yup the preconditioning is running. It is 5:20 pm. I’ve had the preconditioning not turn on before but never this. I hope it doesn’t decide to run in the middle of the night while I’m sleeping lol

Mine hasn’t worked since the last FordPass updates. Tried it twice in the past week and nothing.

I had this issue pop up tonight for the first time as well… no departure times set until Friday morning (currently Wednesday) and when the car started charging at 10pm per the usual schedule, it started preconditioning (got the message in FordPass). Went into the garage and sure enough cabin HVAC was on warming the cabin up, and heated seats and heated steering wheel were on.

Deleting all scheduled departure times from inside the car, unplugging/replugging in the car didn’t solve it, kept preconditioning when plugged back in. I had to completely disable the departure times feature for the car to just charge and not try to precondition.
