Predictive Speed Assist Problem

I recently had a bunch of modules in service.
After the updates I am now getting predictive speed assist alerts for upcoming curves in the road when I don't want them.
I have had the PSA function turned off for a long time and it is still off now.

Anyone else having any similar issues?

After it started happening following the service visit; it continued after my 6.14 OTA update too.
I would assume that would have reset it all?!?

Rebooted multiple times, no luck unfortunately. I've tried turning it off and on but that didn't help either.

It sounds like the multiple module updates may have installed part of BlueCruise 1.4 (the curve sensing portion) but not the Sync update to control it. Your best option may be to tolerate it until the rest is installed OTA.

You have only a CMR and ACM update available this morning.

Ford has placed a GVMS error update block on your GWM and BECM due to what I imagine are issues they are seeing on their end. It may not bear on your specific problem with predictive speed but is just FYI. You still do have the SOBDMC and BECM DTCs BTW. The tech researched those the other day as well.

The prompts in the car don't call hands-on "BlueCruise" anymore. It's just lane keep assist, or something.

Now it's just BlueCruise is the hands-free mode and requires a subscription.

Yeah, the DTC's popped back in the next day after the updates were performed. I monitor OASIS daily, but don't bother service with anything until I get a warning message in the car. I try not to be too much of a pest. ?

Which is a hilarious reversal of what they did in 2022 to start calling anything cruise-related "BlueCruise".

Adaptive Cruise control beget; Intelligent Adaptive Cruise Control, which beget; BlueCruise (hands-off and hands-on)...and now..... oh well nevermind....it's something something.....
