I even paid for the Tronity app.

If you contact Tronity, they will refund any unused months. I was also paying for Tronity. They are very aware of the issue and they are trying to work with Ford to get an approved interface set up. I feel your frustration, as I also really liked the analysis Tronity provides. It is likely not to be solved until next year, though.

I suspect that Ford is dealing with the 12v battery drains and added hosting and data costs as some apps are pinging their EV every minute.

After about 5 weeks my account has now been unblocked. They’ve not said yet which app was to blame. The widget or smartcar, though it could be both. I have passed this thread on to the expert at my energy supplier as I’ve asked them to look into the legitimacy of smartcar (who they chose to use). So will wait to see what they find.

Yes, I had the iphone widget. I have been locked for a 5-6 weeks and it seems like it is hard to unlock my account. ?

If you had Recurrent set up, it was the cause of the lockout.
