Question around pricing

So I expect my Mach E in the next week or two. I have seen people say that any rebates that may have been offered when I ordered March 25, 2022 would be available to me when I pick up? I was pretty sure at the time they were offering a ford option 2k rebate. Dealer is telling me the ford option is different and would not carry forward. Is there a way to confirm what was available then? From Philadelphia area, PA

I did not get the $500 incentive from my order date. I did, however, get the protection rate of 2.49% with Ford Options.

It is still a 22 was built on 11/3. I was told delivery date 12/8-12/15. So how do I get confirmation on what the apr was back in march? Been difficult getting answers out of my dealer like the current location of the car. My Zip Code is 19344

Your zip is only eligible for $500 bonus cash. You will have way lower rates locked in though. Should be 2.49% for any trim and 1.4% for GT based on your order date

What happens to my rate since it was ordered in April and keeping the same order number, forced into a '23 with a $6K PCO ?

Yeah it's either 2000 or 500, being in Cali you probably will get the 2000 just confirm with zip. '23s have the same program but higher interest obviously. @RedOctobrrr took delivery of a converted order and couldn't lock in his original '22 rates had to use '23 rates. Not sure if it is incompetent dealer or it's really going to be like that. Might need more data points.

At least you will get the full tax credit for your incoming '22 MME before the end of this year.

I'm jealous since mine was forced to change to a '23 MME and lost half the tax credit being a January delivery.

The PCO varies from models - roughly $3K for Select, $6K for Premium, $9K for GT.

Still don't get my color back since Ford discontinued ice blue silver...

I thought the way I read the new law was if you ordered the car in 22 and it gets delivered in 23 you fall under the old rebate.

Only if you had a signed binding purchase agreement. If you ordered and did not get a purchase agreement (which most of do not), then you’re not grandfathered on the Federal money. ??

No experience myself but I read a post where the member got a 23 MY and was no longer qualified for the rate at order date. I am not saying that is correct - just what I read.

The dealer has a program, SmartVincent, that will show what financing and cash back you are eligible for based on your order date. Make sure they also show you the Ford Option options.

^^^ this is correct.
The dealer's SmartVINcent system will show you which is better to use: order date vs delivery date.
