I get this message quite often when using the FordPass app. It appears at the top of the screen after I push the vehicle Status icon. Anybody know what this means? Pull what?

My FordPass is in a similar state currently. Pulling down causes that message to go away, but it comes back the next time I look at the app or change tabs across the bottom.
Also "Vehicle Status" has been unavailable for a while.

Could be low 12V battery or possibly busy doing an OTA.

I see this a lot. Kill the app, open it up again, refresh (pull down) and it’ll correct itself for awhile.
