I brought my 2024 Mach-E to the dealer two weeks ago for the recall. However, when I check the Software Release Notes in the Ford.com app, there's no indication that the recall was completed. Is it normal for this to take a while to show up, or should I contact the dealer to confirm—or possibly have them redo it?

Yes, it's not unusual for there to be a delay. Dealers don't alway immediately report doing it.

This will not show in your software updates in the Ford App if it was done at the dealer using FDRS. Only OTA updates show there. What WILL change is that after a period of time (1-14 days, depends on how often the dealer sends completed recall notices to Ford) you’ll no longer see the recall in Ford App > Service (wrench) screen.
