Radio always come on when starting car or in accessories

I received OTA 6.2.1 two days ago that problem started. Last night I received 6.3.0 and the problem is still there. This happened in my F150 and an update fixed it

Can you be more specific why this is a problem? If you left the radio on last time you used it, it will still be on.

Ford Guide fixed with a reset

Yes, I have similar results. I turn off the radio prior to arriving at my destination and shutting down the vehicle. When returning to the MME and starting it, the radio is back on. I've reported it to Ford as well as the non-friendly GUI radio screen.

Ford Guide has me do a reset. Shut car down. Be in vehicle. Running. Turn off. Open driver door. Press lock button. Wait two minutes. Close door. Restart. Let all screens come back

This has happened to me twice over the past few months. So, not enough to worry about. What's weird is that I never intentionally listen to the radio. it's not like it's starting automatically at where I last was on the 'what do you want to listen to' setting.
