Really Ford?

A couple of days ago I lost all connectivity to FordPass. My password was not recognized for FordPass or the Ford.com sign in. OK, 20 minutes on the phone with a Ford rep and things were straightened out. Although my FordPass points disappeared. So this morning I go to my Ford.com dashboard (not the car screen) and click on Connected Services and I get this:
Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://wwwqa.ford.com/myaccount/connected-services?" on this server.

Cleared browsing data and cookies and still got Access Denied. Ironic that the last question in the Ford surveys is, 1 to 5 "I can always trust Ford." ?

Try this instead-

https://www.ford.com/myaccount/connected-services?vin=

but put your vin in after “vin=“

I found that if I went further down the page where there are double rows of tiles and clicked on Connected Services it let me access the page. My trust in Ford is wavering

Seems like that would be a site for quality assurance testing. I'm guessing that no customer facing links are supposed to be pointing there.

Perhaps, But it certainly not where someone trying to access the Connected Services should be directed.

Well, the Software Update tab is back on my Foed.com Dashboard but the Connected Services tad still sends me ta an Access Denied page.

But seriously I'm also going to go out on a limb that is the EA URL for testing.
