REAR BOOT OPENS BUT WON'T CLOSE

I have the RWD Mach E purchased February 2022 so all updated and when I use all functions to open the boot it works, but unfortunately it will not close using the key fob, the tailgate foot swipe or the function in the settings to close the boot. It literally just started to not work the other day. Anyone else getting the same problem? Awaiting till after bank holiday to contact my dealer in Chesterfield.

Took to dealer today in Chesterfield and it worked lol. Did a few checks and all is good so fingers crossed it won't happen again
