Rear washer not working

Anyone have their rear washer stop working? My dealer said they are having a hard time finding the problem. I have to bring the car back so they can take the frunk apart to see what is causing the issue. They said they will need the car for two days minimum to figure it out. If you had this problem, what was the issue and did it take a few days to get it diagnosed?

Notice any fluid leaking around the hatch? That would suggest it is disconnected near the sprayer. Do you hear air bubbles or fluid up above the driver's door when you try and use it? The line goes right by there.
The only issue I've had with it is the body shop fixing my repair forgot to connect the end of the line.

No leaks noticed. I do not even hear the motor trying to pump fluid. I am thinking it may be a motor or electrical since the motor is not working.

Its a fuse.
You need to strip out the frunk and replace a 5 amp mini/micro fuse... (don't buy them from your local ford dealer, they'll rip you off).

If you have the fuse, whole job will take you less than an hour to strip out, swap the fuse and put everything back as it was

Similar to OP, except my front washer is not working. Rear washer and camera washer (I have a 2021) do spray, though.

Dealership said it will take days to diagnose. Waiting until next week since it is not critical. I don’t think it’s a fuse since it took them a few hours already and they didn’t figure it out yet.
