Rear wiper continually on

This started for no reason when I turned on the car this evening and nothing is making it stop other than turning the car off.

Any ideas what can be done?
For context am in UK, no recent system updates. Ford Pass updated to 3.3 today but not sure if that matters.

Not a dumb question at all. I've made the same mistake and it took a bit before my Oh moment.
