Same here. I was told to bring my car in for a diagnostic workup.

Don’t trust a 12v from Putin.

I also had the 12v warning and because my battery was over 3 years old I went ahead and got a new one at the dealer. Still have warning but no messages about it on app. I'm guessing its a bug in their software.

I would suggest waiting a week and driving the car. It should go away.

I had the same message, had my battery replaced and am still getting the same 12V message on my app, not in the car (never got it in the car). My car was bought in 20201. I called Ford and they said to bring it back in for a diagnostic but the car was at the dealership for 1.5 weeks, first they didn't think I needed a new battery, then I did, they kept getting the error message and then after 2 days the message went away on their end but not mine. I have reset and tried everything possible. Has anyone's message gone away or found a solution?

Ford just recently introduced this 12V warning logic. Very likely we are seeing bugs. Because…we’ll, Ford software…..

First try quitting FordPass, rebooting your phone, and updating the FordPass app to latest. If it’s still there, then reset the BMS using the instructions found on the forum. Make sure you see the battery light flash or the reset was not successful. The message should go away within a couple days after resetting the BMS.

Update from my original post. Just like Rick said I did nothing but drove and charged car and suddenly after about 2 weeks warning just disappeared and all back normal. Thanks for all the suggestions

It either is a bug, or it’s intentional to make sure the battery is working properly again for a minimum period of time before the warning goes away.

I just checked this morning, as of yesterday the warning was on my fordpass app. They must have got around to fix this bug in their app. Today it's gone for me as well.
