Riding in the Mach E 1400 at Electrify Expo NY

I was able to take an amazing (but far too short) ride in the Mustang Mach E 1400 at the Electrify Expo, Long Island NY on 12 August 2023. Thanks to Ford Model E for a hosting a great Cars & Coffee and the opportunity for this ride-along!

Professional Drift Driver Collette Davis took us for a thrill ride we'll never forget.

12 of us were tapped by Ford for invitations to ride in the Mach E 1400 at Electrify Expo. Also, everyone who took a hot lap in the Mach E GTPEs (driven by a professional driver) could enter into a drawing for a ride. Not sure how many rides there were that day.

Absolutely amazing. What a cool demo vehicle. The Mach E 1400's sound should be a downloadable option for the regular cars. I'd love to have that for my GT.

@Ford Motor Company can we get this as a sound option for the GTs, please?

That was awesome! It literally sounds like a slot car ?

Squeaky brakes, suspension looks bouncy.

Doesn’t look like you can adjust the headrests. Were the seats comfortable?

What’s the range?

Only 200 miles of tread wear and you have to replace the tires?

I heard the heater doesn’t work well under certain temps, Tesla has a heat pump, can this one get one?

Interior looks pretty sparse for a million dollar car.

I want one!
