Screen is blank?!

Picked my 2021 Premium AWD ME from the cord dealership after having the windshield recall service performed. Now my screen keeps glitching and goes black! I’ve tried to reset it all of the ways it says and nothing! Has anyone else ever had this problem?

Some people have had washer fluid hoses get forgotten to be hooked back up after the recall, cause washer fluid to leak inside the panels. Wonder if yours is something was not plugged in all the way. Just a guess though.
