I’m wondering how to add my second ChargePoint charger that’s located at vacation home to my ChargePoint app/account.

I have two ChargePoint chargers at home and had to create a second account. They do not support multiple chargers on one account (sad). I have one set up on my phone and the other set up on an iPad. I only use the account on my iPhone for paid charging, and never set up the other account with any credit card. You just end up with two login IDs and passwords.

Yep. This is the one silly limitation to an otherwise great product.

I think this is the single biggest limitation of ChargePoint, otherwise it's a great charger. With multiple-EV households happening, it should have been added last year...

Technically, I have one for my wife and one for me, so having to put one on her phone and one on mine shouldn't be a big deal. That said; it annoys me to no end that I cannot have both chargers on one account.

Agreed. Such a hassle. They made me create a second account. Really short sighted. But I do love the charger.

I agree it’s a hassle, but you set the charge settings in the car/ford app. So it’s really not a big deal, I only look at it to see monthly charge costs. Talked to them a year ago, and the rep said hopefully they will add multiple locations soon….

Is that Ford’s version of “soon?” That might be 2034 before you know it. ??
