Second Key Fob Purchase

Have owned the Mach-E since late July, and up until recently rocked the one-Fob+PAAK lifestyle. The fob was mine, though lately my wife has needed to use it because PAAK is particularly flaky for reasons. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Time to move back to two fobs, and my dealer isn’t budging on price.

If I wanted to purchase a fob from eBay and program it to work with the MME, which kind of fob would I be looking for? I assume something like this wouldn’t work, but not sure and don’t want to waste the time/money going down a dead-end. Sorry if this has been posted about and answered prior - feel free to point me in the right direction.

Check previous threads, a lot of us got it from carandtruckremotes.com and they programmed fine. Ebay ones also work but dealerships might give you trouble, like they always do.

Oh, and make sure the ID numbers match - so the one in your hyperlink wont work.

Good looks - I figured it was too easy to just find one on eBay and run w/ it. Will scout around the forums a bit more - thanks!

Wow, I didn't realize how much spam threads there are on here with people complaining. I had to go back 23 pages in the search to find the original thread. This is the downside of forums...
